Students Attend Financial Literacy Event at PTC

Students attended IRL-The Game, a financial literacy event at Piedmont Technical College (PTC). Students were assigned a simulated adult lifestyle and visited stations representing expenses such as housing, transportation, groceries, and childcare. Using a worksheet, they calculated monthly expenses against their income to determine their remaining balance. This hands-on activity taught students the importance of budgeting, managing expenses, and making responsible financial decisions.
