Veterans from the community are invited to attend our Veterans Day Celebration on Tuesday, November 11 at 10:00 A.M. in the NSHS gym. We will have light refreshments following the ceremony.

Students are allowed to dress up tomorrow for Halloween. Costumes must adhere to the dress code. Students are NOT allowed to wear masks, face paint, or hats. Happy Halloween!

Starting November 3, our district will begin collecting food for those in need. We will have a competition to see which grade level can collect the most food. We would love for NSHS to collect the most food in the district! Go Wildcats!

Students needing to make-up absences from the first semester now have several opportunities to do so. If you have questions, please see a counselor or Mrs. Anderson.

Is your student planning to drive to school next year? Make sure they have completed Alive at 25 before purchasing a parking pass.

Summer reading plans have been announced. This year, all students in our district will have required summer reading. NSHS students were given letters at school on Monday, May 12 that explain the purpose of summer reading as well as how to purchase the books at a discounted rate ($5 per book) through the school.

Students who are over on absences for the quarter or semester will have three free opportunities to make-up their time. Intersession will be held October 7-9, 2025 from 8AM-12PM. Students who wish to attend must be at school no later than 8 AM. One hour will equal one absence. Students should bring work to do or a book to read.
